The Meeting has been set for April 14, 2025. The Sale Transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025.

By the way, didn't new CEO/President say on his Linkden that is "known for increasing shareholder value." Just how much less did this get sold for from when he took over?

Steve, I question why then if S7 had the best ACC's, and the patents to boot, why wouldn't one of the hyperscalers have just acquired them and not have to pay the MACOM or Semtech prices which includes profits for those companies, they could have owned the technology from S7 for what would have amounted to less than that differential in getting their ACC's, makes no sense, in any case I feel bad for you and others here who had large positions, I have been keeping a close eye here for a long time looking for signs of life to jump back in but fortunately I exited this one long time ago while I was still ahead

The curtain has fallen. Pretty much the poor balance sheet is what did it I was told. No hyperscaler is willing to take that risk, no matter how good the technology is. And if others can give you the same tech, it's an easy pick.
