Owens and Minor Inc (OMI) Options

Been under accumulation, with rising SP, for a few weeks now.

Going forward, it seems that people will just get sicker and sicker. If these guys can better manage their costs, then profits should follow.

With SP beaten down, does this look like a good acquisition target?

Revenue: 10.66B
Market Cap: 945M

It stands to reason that healthcare will suffer, so suppliers will benefit from the increase in illness and removal of cost regulations.

Seasonal earnings. As autumn illnesses approach, earnings will climb.

You are absolutely flat out wrong. They do own halyard outright. Period. There is a nice profit in their masks and they are working 5 shifts 7 days a week in some plants and 4 shifts 7 days a week in all the other plants. You are completely wrong in your post. But whatever, throw it up against the wall because it’s not gonna stick. Very minor due diligence disproves everything you asserted.

I dont think there is a huge margin on masks... it's probably not going to relate to an awesome P&L statements just because they sell masks.

Owens sells its competitors product with a markup and barely has any of its own product. They are a service almost like a giant 3PL. They dont outright own halyard either.
