Anyone know if Righetti have said IF/WHEN they will implement the 10:1 Reverse Split? If I were to guess, the decision would be based on if the stock price is below $1 (as it is now), or can't seem to leave the $1 area (seems to be the case for the last month or two), they will implement the RS. They may regardless, since most stocks who join Russel 3000 or similar indexes, want their stock to be trading at $5 or above, as many institutions won't buy a security trading under $5. THoughts?

Any idea what is going on? Is it just Russel 3000 action? I don't see any news...BUT there is a 10 to 1 reverse split that was approved a few weeks ago, and no word as to the date it is effective. Anyone know when that will occur? I actually got out of the stock(at small profit), since reverse splits have been bad events for most stocks lately. I will likely re-enter after the split. Thoughts?

BOUNCING HARD - went from 3M shares 5 mins before close to 22M shares traded now! Next week will be interesting! I'd buy in now...

My take is that the likely Reverse-Split impending has brought stock to the 52-week lows this week...it will be voted on in the next Company Annual Meeting in a couple weeks(check PRs for details). BUT, there is a catalyst in the next month, with the stock being added to the Russell 3000 index. I think the net of this is a positive movement of the stock in the next month or two. The company has a bright future with its tech.
Does anyone know if there is a capital raise planned, and has it been mentioned by company?
We will see what happens. I added in the low .90s

Yep, there is a ground-floor opportunity here. Only a few companies—RGTI and IONQ—are pure-play quantum computing companies.
Once the AI stocks are played out, the market will move into quantum computing plays! I am looking for buyouts for one or both of these companies.
