Other Events

On November 19, 2007, Neurobiological Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from the NASDAQ Stock Market that the Company had regained compliance with the NASDAQ continued listing standards set forth in NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(3)(B). On November 20, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing receipt of this notice from NASDAQ. A copy of this press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
