Technology Officer. Mr. Braddy brings more than 31 years of

Mr. Braddy is a former Chief Technology Officer of CITRIX®
Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXS), a leading provider of application and
desktop virtualization solutions. As CTO, Mr. Braddy was
responsible for the virtualization group's business and technology
strategy, as well as the architecture and intellectual property of
the company's flagship products, XenApp and XenDesktop. Prior

Product Management and Architecture, with responsibility for the
