On September 14, 2021, Mr. Phil Shaer notified Canopy
Growth Corporation (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as
the Company’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. The
effective date of Mr. Shaer’s resignation is October 1,
2021.
