OTCN was at 2 all week, moved to 3 with the high Thursday volume.  Bid at 1 has grown to almost a billion shares...good luck getting shares there, 2 is the load spot.  They can't dump infinite shares if conversions are not happening...

You are correct! Despite OTC obstacles, there are some significant investors who see an opportunity on the OTC in terms of price, but others are happy to wait to seize $5, $7, or maybe $10+ as a first-time entry point for a particular stock depending on the timing and depending
