Its been a tough slide downward. But these recent lows seem to be at the same level of TMMI's historical lows seen back in Apr 2020. I am hoping your intuition is correct and that this penny has turned the corner.

Ahh very good observation. You're paying attention to something that actually matters. I noticedas well... What does it mean? No idea. But it is interesting considering that it sure looks like someone is set on pushing this down, and perhaps someone else has decided to just take those shares. I noticed accumulation is trending back up again. So whoever is wanting out/pushing it lower there's been someone there taking them and even aggressively slap them. That's action you like to see. Hopefully it continues.

It appears that few on the board have an eye on L2 and the tape. I assume you do. Have you noticed a shift this week? What I have seen is the block of shares that shows up to hold this thing down and push lower has been slapped out at least twice, and that is even with it doubling from 250k to 500k.

Bala's extracurricular activities might have some merit. But her job still is still the CEO of TMMI and she has a responsibility to the investors. I would like to see her implementing this skill and this passion in the direction of TMMI. It has been missing.

No problem. And I agree, it's more of a testament to who she is. Pretty amazing woman.
But also gives me hope that when she commits to something, it turns out to be pretty darn good $TMMi 🙏

I think it speaks more to Bala's character and her ability to get things done. She helped give voice to children of war. I suspect this had nothing to do with making money but had everything to do with be an advocate for the innocent.

Hypothetically if I had say 15M shares I could walk this down and hold it at .005 for a long time and still nearly breakeven. Makes sense to me. If it's not someone doing that then who & why? $tmmi

It is difficult to get information from the company. We can only get so much on due diligence and questions as long as we keep our principles on privacy. And keep a our sights on reality. But one thing is clear, this is a OTC penny stock and it is Pink trading stock that does not need to disclose all. It is the risk that all investors made before we made our first trade. It is the ride we signed up for with the thought that with little will payoff big. As they say, many of us are locked and loaded and waiting.

All anyone can do is follow the docket and wait. Like Adamphi pointed out, there is little to discuss, so I'll take another break from the board, watch for updates, and use my time to follow the larger markets and monitor opportunities.

LongCa: I have never said (in your words) a settlement is imminent. I have always asked if there could be a settlement.
As TMMI does not comment or update I have hoped that there may be someone of knowledge to respond. If you actually know something, please say something.

I second this. Again in my opinion this is a sit and wait game until court is settled. The company said so itself.
And hopefully it's a favorable outcome. There's no guarantee it will be favorable for us. If you believe in management it's a good opportunity to add or average down.
There's really not much to even say on this board until we receive court update.

I don't know where you get the idea a settlement is imminent. What on the court docket suggests this? When volume comes and actual buy pressure, then that MIGHT be a sign things are changing. Until then, this will move like the rest of the OTC, and that means very little volume and interest. Some trades work out, some don't.

For TMMI, we wait. If the efforts of other people pan out, then we win--by doing nothing but waiting.

I really think the only hold up is the litigation, I think Susan is ready to merge TMMI and Phoenix. As mentioned , here, on this board, same players, tech oriented product, etc. Why else would TMMI and Panik be so invested in this litigation. Something is here we don't know about, but I suspect, it will come to light upon litigation resolution. I will add that Stewgut's posts appear to have a great deal of knowledge and logic and should be read.
