Explanatory Note

This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is being filed solely to include the correct consolidated statements of operations for the quarters ended December 31, 2016, and March 31, 2016. This corrected press release replaces the press release issued earlier on April 27, 2017 and attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the original Current Report on Form 8-K filed on April 27, 2017 (the “Original Report”). There is no change to the supplemental information attached as Exhibit 99.2 to the Original Report.

On April 27, 2017, CoreSite Realty Corporation (“CoreSite”) issued a corrected press release reporting financial results and operating information for the quarter ended March 31, 2017. The text of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
