Innovative Health Sciences (PINKSHEETS: IHSN) announced today the
acquisition of Harrington Multi Media Marketing, Inc. ("HM3")
(www.hmcubed.com), one of the most trusted names in the direct
response marketing industry. President and founder of HM3, Tim
Harrington, has helped launch some of the world's greatest fitness
products and is a consummate innovator in the direct response
television industry.
Celebrities such as Tony Little and the legendary Billy Mays
have relied on HM3 and its predecessor companies to market their
