Everyone's cracking down on Chinese investment (as they should). And although Taiwan is not technically part of China, China claims it is, and this company even uses the "ROC" in it address in its last filing. I will be out of this garbage as soon as I can at break even or better.

Maybe they paid off the last of their debts and are totally debt free now. Clean filing coming and maybe some good news. Lets hope.

If so, that might indicate that they have PCAOB audited financials, a requirement for that uplist. They'd also need that minimum price requirement of 1 cent.

Can this get to around .0005, then do a 1:50 RS to give them breathing space to be on OTCQB at 2.5 cents?

That's an interesting analogy. Certainly possible - but it's not a direct analogy IMO. Sounds like they did a 1:50,000 share split, and the AS is still 100 billion - 50 billion more than here. Also, the restricted share percentage is way lower than it is here. Here it's about 80 percent or slightly higher, there maybe 55 percent? Also what is FrankSpeech network? Do they have the potential revenue of San Global Dining? It's hard to know. I get what you're saying, but it's just speculation. It is interesting that they did RS their own restricted shares. That could certainly happen here, and almost certainly will at some point - but when? What if it's not until there's a decent run after the annual report? It sounds like Incapta did it at basically .0001?

Finally, it looks like FrankSpeech is going up a bit today. You never know for certain how an RS will play out. We'll see.

Yup exactly - even on a 1:1000 split, you'd still have 36 mil shares which wouldn't be bad. If the split was for good reason and it actually caused upward movement, they could profit nicely. Who knows? It's all just speculation at this point.

Hard to say what is up. I believe this same activity happened a little while back and went nowhere. The 36B shares are worth about 3.6 million per ticket, I guess that is profitable from a couple hundred grand they put in.

Yeah very tough to tell what would happen here. As has been pointed out, the OS and AS are big because of the 36 billion plus restricted shares. The argument is that they wouldn't reverse split their own restricted shares, but who knows? Maybe they would - they have a ton of them, and they'd still have a lot even with a big RS. I'm still holding on to see what the annual report says.

Yep, that was me. I even should have sold on that last spike when it touched 7. My biggest worry about this stock is the massive OS and potential for a RS from the new owners. I would rather take a small profit and go somewhere else with the money than get stuck in an RS where I am guaranteed to lose money.

Thanks for that Bri very helpful. I didn't realize they'd only be able to sell at the bid. Plus, this is only a fraction of what they have, so unless there's follow-up like this the rest of the week, my scenario is unlikely.

I'm at a .0006 average so yup, I'm in the same boat. I think it may have even been you that was saying you were kicking yourself for not selling when it got into the double 0s and buying back. I certainly could have done that too. These plays are wildly unpredictable.

I'm not sure how long they have to hold them, but if they want to make money off them, they would have to sell at the bid price, which would make the price stay or go down. Maybe they can sell the shares as a market limit order, but I am not sure about that.

This seems more like an institutional investor anticipating filings or news. Since it happened all at once first thing in the morning, they would have that order in after hours last night, so it gets executed at market open.

Whatever the cause, at least it is moving. I am still in the hole at the moment (averaged at 0.0004), so I need some more movement before I am happy.

Do you get suspicious when there's massive volume very early, and then it comes to a halt?

That always makes me start wondering what's going on. Do we know when the restricted shares can be sold? What if the company started slowly unloading them into the float? Is that possible? You put out a PR and sell on a bump? I'm thinking their strike price may have been .0001 or even in the quad? I don't know how long they have to hold them. Maybe a certain percentage has vested? Just playing Devil's Advocate for a moment.

That would be big. A tweet is one thing - having the actual numbers is another. That could really get this moving. I think there are still a lot of questions surrounding why these guys need so many dang restricted shares.

Fins 9/30 or thereabout. Be nice if everything got merged in before 6/30 to see what we have.

I just see the tweet on X that was posted by Rainer here. I guess that's what is driving this - sounds like they have virtually no debt left and are saying they have good revenue. The proof will be in the pudding. I have a couple of questions - where is their latest quarterly report, and last year they submitted their annual report in October - should we expect that this year? Those might tell us a lot.

I was just thinking the same thing! I started thinking about when OTC's started to change, and I think it was around the time when people were getting Covid relief funds they didn't know what to do with. There was that big spike in OTC's in Feb 2021, but since then, cryptos kept going up and up at the expense of OTC volatility.

Time to look at crypto instead of the OTC. I am thinking that a reason for the lack of liquidity in the OTC for the past few years is crypto. Money that used to be here went there. There have been no real runners in the OTC in the last few years and there have been plenty there. I am moving assets there in prep for the next bull run in crypto. That run will happen long before you see one in the OTC.
