Suspension of dealings 
 
Third Advance  Value Realisation  Company Limited  announces that  as 
described in the  circular dated  17 February 2009,  dealings in  the 
Company's ordinary  shares  were suspended  this  morning by  the  UK 
Listing Authority at the request  of the Company pending the  results 
of the Extraordinary  General Meeting  to be  held at  noon today  at 
which shareholders will consider  resolutions to amend the  articles, 
to wind  the  Company up  voluntarily  and to  appoint  James  Robert 
Toynton as liquidator. 
 
A further  announcement will  be issued  following the  Extraordinary 
General Meeting
