The Company was notified on 24 May 2019 that, on the same day, Dr Mike Watts, Managing Director of the Company, bought 12,699 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of GBP0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of GBP0.68 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 9 February 2017. This is the last purchase to be undertaken under this trading plan.
