Further to the announcement of 2 May 2008, Metal-Tech announces that Ran Maimon, the former Chief Executive of the Company, has stepped
down as a member of the Board of Directors with immediate effect. Consequently, resolution 6 on the agenda of the Company's Annual General
Meeting ("AGM"), which is to be held on 17 September 2008, will no longer be considered at the meeting.

In the announcement of 2 May 2008, it was also stated that the handover between Mr Maimon and Jonathan Ben-Cnaan, the new Chief
Executive Officer had been completed. At the Company's forthcoming AGM, Mr Jonathan Ben-Cnaan, the Company's CEO, will be proposed for
appointment to the Board of Directors.

Commenting on Mr Maimon's departure, Aik Rosenberg, Chairman of Metal-Tech, said: "I would like to personally thank Ran for the
important role he played as our former CEO and Director. The Company is now well positioned to meet its current challenges and growth
objectives. Metal-Tech is progressing well under the leadership of its new CEO at a time which is proving to be very exciting for
Metal-Tech."

The AGM of the Company is to be held at 11:00am BST on Wednesday 17 September 2008 at St. Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames Street, London
EC3R 6HE.
