                              Exercise of Warrants

Chromogenex Plc, the advanced medical and aesthetic laser device company
targeting acne, wrinkles and vascular lesions, has been informed that 62,500
warrants for ordinary shares have been exercised.

Application will be made for the ordinary shares arising from the exercise to be
admitted to trading on AIM on or around 8 May 2007.

Following this exercise of warrants the total number of voting rights in
Chromogenex plc is 60,931,818.

The above figure (60,931,818) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Chromogenex plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
