The TA will lift the restriction if you're willing to pay them a fee. Buzzy told us we didn't have to do anything when we received the SNTX shares except wait for the six month restriction period and they would be released.

The SNTX shares aren't all restricted, just the ones which were a dividend paid to the shareholders of VGID. The transfer agent will release your share restriction if you're willing to pay their fee. Another incompetent transaction by Buzzy. Maybe someday he'll actually hire some competent people who know what in the hell they're doing. Every incubation stock dividend from VGID has been screwed up.

This stock is interesting at this low low price. Who would be selling at this level if all the shares are restricted.
26 million shares issued in June and are also restricted but I would imagine in order for these to be profitable they will need to pump the price to at least .0090. I am buying as much as I can under .0030, run is imminent.

I received 20K and they are restricted and locked .I am in Canada and have to pay around $200 and do some paper work for the shares to be tradable...

your shares are probably the restricted share we all got earlier. i believe their not restricted in Canada. they will have to deal with them at some point

Quick comparison to RSPi that ran this week had $3M in volume on that run. This one just getting primed for the supposed news and updates. $SNTX has had $120k in volume so far. I’ll be adding to this one.

Dollar volume has not hit yet. Still early on this one I’m thinking.

March 28, 2024- Las Vegas, Nevada. Suntex Enterprises, Inc (OTC: SNTX) is pleased to provide a corporate update.
On January 30, 2024, the Company reached an agreement with a Noteholder holding $111,100 of Convertible Notes entered into between 2018-2019. The Notes were redeemed on February 1, 2024, for a significantly reduced amount and have been cancelled. In addition, the conversion feature on an additional $ 94,500 of existing Convertible Notes has been changed from a variable priced (50% discount to market) to a fixed conversion price of $.001.

The Company si currently working to complete and file the delinquent filings with OTC Markets.
