Hi CJ, What do we have here in $KOAN from your perspective? I like the very small share structure and I also appreciate the fact that they have an already established large distribution channels for their products which any new products they start selling can easily be added to their distribution channels. With any good news regarding sizable contracts and this ticker will fly high quickly! ~IMO!

That 10k is for the period ending 12.31.24. They need one for 3.31.25, and in a few days will be delinquent on 6/30/25.

I just looked up on the OTC markets website.  How long has koan been pink limited?  They just filed their 10k July 7th and they are pink limited. I don't get it.wouldnt that make them current?

Great point. Thank you. If they were issuing stock to EMGE shareholders we would have seen bigger blocks sold. At least i think.

Until we see an updated share structure posted, we may have seen tens of millions of shares added recently. If not, this may be poised to run.

Howdy, with 100.4M shares outstanding and probably close to that same amount have been traded in the last 60 days, what do you think is going on?

How’s everyone doing these days? I’m sure some of you remember me from the TXHD days? At least I made some in KOAN (back before it was Apollo) on that run to $0.90 a few years back.

Still have this on my watchlist and after 7 years and a 1:1000 split it’s back to where it was when I discovered the stock in March 2017.

Looks like some inexplicable volume coming in, although weak, and a couple traders posting on Twitter. Will be interesting to see if they pump this one up.

I’ll be watching. GLTA.
