That "Goosey Lawless" created an account about two weeks ago and self proclaims to know what's going on here; as if Fernandez didn't totally screw shareholders with the sneaky EOY reverse split in 2022. I placed an ignore sticker in that pumper, he/she is either an insider or wishful thinker IMO

We definitely have some bizarre phycology going on here. Going back 2 Ceo's we had Shital Mars, she was very talkative and enthusiastic. some say she talked to much and was let go for those reasons? I can remember calling her and I would get way more information than I should have. I would call in with a question or 2 and after an hour i was trying to let her get back to work. She would have conference calls and explain everything in detail. She would read the Pr's for you and too you. Folks got spoiled. Now comes along Charles, he is an odd duck with an impressive track record ,but is not a social butterfly by any means. He is trying to enter a market that is relatively new and for competitive reasons has to keep quiet . Some folks here don't want to have to read the pr's and think for themselves. Some need spoon fed reassurance. I want more info myself, but feel its not going to happed for a while. They say the CC will come back after the merger is complete. JMO

Nobody knows what’s going on with this company, because they don’t tell anyone shit.

Now the big question is who will drive the pharmacy operations with him gone. They have not told us that they have someone who can.

Still here JMCK....life happened LOL! I still have a few shares but mainly started diving into high dividend stocks for long term holdings....not chasing pennies much the past year or so.

Flaker, I don't own any shares, but I have in the past, and I'm following the company because I'm curious about the outcome.

These people you're being condescending with, have been here following this company loyally for, in some cases, 7 or more years, While you started your profile two weeks ago. They, like me, have read the press releases and filings. There has been no information indicating why they are merging, why they reverse split, why they valued this company so low, or why they dilluted shareholders, only to hold onto cash.

Saying you want to expand existing business is the goal of every business on Earth, and is not helping to bring in new investors. These owners don't do conference calls, put out almost no press releases, and seem to live in an endless quiet period. If they gave some guidance, I would likely jump on-board, but until that happens, I view it as a blind investment.

Funny you say that...I would think it is obvious - keep doing what it's doing? They already said expanding existing business lines like the OTC and long-term care markets.

Perhaps you should read (or re-read) their PRs (including NXPL's) so saying "has not laid out a vision" is pretty off point there.

The company itself is fine, but I do wonder what will become of it once the merger is completed.

Unfortunately our CEO has not laid out a vision for the future to investors in nearly two years.

Let the slow creep up continue as we get closer to the merger!

Seems like they are holding rx down with the spread. I grabbed another 10k shares of Nxpl this morning. I figured wtf, I want this nightmare to be over so more shares will get me out quicker this time.

Good start for NXLP today, since Vanguard won’t let me buy RXMD got 500 more shares NXPL yesterday, let this train start chugging..

Rxmd is the icing on the nxpl cake.

Then buy now if that’s the case. Nxpl is on the naz. Why wait for it to be priced higher? Makes no sense.

Because Fernandez has no allegiance to us. Armen apparently has no say. so we are right where they want us. Let’s hope there are no more R/S coming and that the company can move forward.
I’m skeptical that Rx under the fold will move the stock since they are already using RX numbers in their financials.
We need a substantial additional merger or acquisition with a real revenue generating company that is throwing a profit.

I've added about 750 shares of RXMD since May. I'm ready for the merger.

yep, since both a upside down, there isn't much motivation to do that trade (when NXPL ran up to $3+, it made clear sense).

Which is actually right now. Today you get more rx shares in the conversion. Not too long ago it was better to buy Nxpl. But your talking a small difference.

There really isn't an RXMD left..it will become part of NXPL - the deal is pretty much assured given the majority ownership of RXMD by NXPL.

I would think the only real play here given the fixed exchange ratio is to arb the shares when RXMD is trading less than 1.5x NXPL shares. For most people, this kind of trading isn't worth it.

Like everyone, I might be shell-shocked. I have to believe that this will end without loss. RXMD fundamentals are better than ever, and after the merger, NXPL fundamentals will be better than ever too.

The extended quiet is ridiculous and it is the single reason that RXMD shareholders are suffering with an even more ridiculous valuation. I expect a move up after the merger, but I don't know how high. I expect breakeven or better which will help. It saddens me that my expectations are much lower than they were in 2021. I hope that I'm surprised! I hope we are all surprised!

The technology of the merged company should be good for RXMD. But who knows? I don't. Nobody that isn't an insider knows anything about future plans. I don't like it, but it does not mean that hope is dead.

If I lost hope, I'd sell everything and move on. I keep reminding myself that this valuation is slightly better than the toxic spiral to trips that was imminent before the NXPL investment. It hurts because that recapitalization should have resulted in huge growth for RXMD shareholders.

From this level the merger will bring the equivalent of a 1.486 : 1 forward spilt in the share exchange. It's not a profit, but at least it isn't 1 : 1.

I presume they heard back from SEC, made changes so I would think it becomes effective very soon.
