Pinnacle Bank (OTCBB:PBNK), headquartered in Gilroy, California, announced today its unaudited results for the quarter and year ended 2007. As of December 31, 2007 total assets increased to $72.3 million, a 51% increase over the $48 million at December 31, 2006. The December 31, 2007 total assets represent a 6% increase over the $68 million in total assets at September 30, 2007. Loans were $57.7 million at December 31, 2007 compared to $20.3 million one year earlier, an increase of 184%. Loans grew $14 million from the September 30, 2007 balance of $43.7 million, a 32% increase in the quarter. Deposits at December 31, 2007 grew to $48.7 million, a $25.9 million increase over $22.8 million at December 31, 2006. During the fourth quarter of 2007, deposits increased by $4.8 million, or 11%, from $43.9 million at September 30, 2007. �We are pleased by our progress in 2007.
