Pennexx Foods Inc (PK) (PNNX) News

For a brief period today, all of PNNX filings with OTC Markets had disappeared from the website.
In it's place was the following message:
"The company has not provided financial reports or other disclosures to OTC Markets Group."

Was hoping to see Q2 appear after the glitch was corrected.
No such luck.

We remain in the dark.

Unfortunately, Management has lost all credibility.

PNNX is not ready to be bought out by anyone. They have not shown any revenues from their business model. They have not produced an app that was supposedly ready to be released 8 months ago. I have not seen the Google Adwords campaigns they promised were happening this year. 
I understand their marketing websites are where the money is to be made (not the app). Vince said sales were strong in January. We are in August and see no signs of life.

My belief is Q2 is also dismal with sales and they are trying to figure out a positive spin that can announced to soften the disappointment.

I don't want to be right, but can anyone say anything different? Where are the supporters? 
All previous bulls have abandoned ship?

Hope fully, some one is buying the company. They could not be as bad as these guys in a million years. I am still stuck for a hundred and fifty thousand dollars. I never sold a share. It ain't easy being POLISH. The good news is I got one that is worst than this. But, that is not really good news. The DGNOF is waking up. The ZHUD looks like it could get legs in the spring. The VIX is not to bad. The DJTWW is under water. I be less than 500,000 out. So that is not too bad. Best of luck to all.

I have been informed that the lights are still on and PNNX is operating.
Q2 financials will be posted.
Hopefully they will communicate with shareholders as to what is happening.

Do you have any insight as to the current situation with the company? No revenue was produced as previously stated it was happening, Q2 financials have not been posted, and total silence from the company. 
This has the appearance of a failed startup.

We have lost our bid support. The bidder at .03 has moved to .02.
Probably believes we will experience further pain with the sliding SP due to non compliance with the lack of filing of Q2 and expected low revenue.
Thank you to the person that buys a few shares after every dip. We get a short term boost of morale with an artificial buy on the Ask. 😀

Companies that filed extensions are now posting their 2Q earnings reports. Crickets from PNNX.
I emailed Vince to inform and ask for the delay. No response either.
We have gone from a company that wanted to have audited financials and uplist to QB exchange to a company that cannot file a basic Q ER nor communicate with shareholders.

I see there are no more moderators on this board. I will apply just to delete all the old and irrelevant data on the intro page.
Maybe I should just put an under construction symbol since that is what appears to be happening here. Never ending changes. Get close to a catalyst then tear it down and start over.

PNNX has not filed Q2 on time and is now Pink Limited status on OTC Markets.
We can only hope that the sales are so strong they are having difficulty crunching all the new numbers...LOL.

Vincent said he was going to provide an update to shareholders and has not as of yet. Is he saving it for Q2 results?
He also said PNNX is NOT a shell yet OTC Markets still has the shell risk badge showing.

How many years , I do know that they had a vision they barely diluted but none of the insiders have been able to capitalize other than their weekly paycheck . What’s coming or not coming is the question . Me personally I have no trust in the company spokesperson. I don’t respect a person that blatantly knows for a fact that what he posts is not the truth . No APP and no name change . OTC dangerous playground. Still mindfucks me why what is said has not been accomplished.

I downloaded on Vince about empty promises and failed updates.
He said he knows an update is due to the shareholders and will release something as a press release.
No timeframe provided on that release.

Looks like more selling will happen today.
OTCN on the Ask keeps lowering the SP to be the top MM on Ask. Is not allowing anyone to be with an Ask lower.
OTCN on the Bid side is also leapfrogging any Bids higher.
OTCN obviously an automated order MM.

The shareholders meeting has historically been in January. I did not hear of one happening this past January.

I have yet to see or hear from a board member mentioning anything that is happening around here.
I would really like to hear from Scott Matthews.
PNNX teamed up with iTouch in November 2022 and have nothing to show from it yet.

Is the board of directors handcuffed? When is the next shareholders meeting?

Even if the 3 months of "free" service is still a thing, at the end of September, it was PR'd 106 zip codes had been licensed at that point in time. They started licensing in July.
Let's look at a conservative scenario.
Let's assume the best case is those 106 zip code areas had free service in Q4 (Oct - Dec), they should have started paying in January.
Even if given an extra month....starting in Feb.
Where is the revenue?

I believe the security company is no longer being used. It appears Vince may be trying to tackle the problems himself. And look what we have to show for it. We have seen Vince's misspellings in PRs and Tweets. Can you imagine the mistakes being made in the coding!!! We are doomed.

The revenue lie hurts. Is not the first time either.
When you go to the awmlocal website, it says the starting rate for customers to pay is $399.
PNNX had $291 in revenue. Not even 1 customer signed on? How are revenues "strong" per Vince's tweet?

What are the board of directors doing for PNNX? Thought they were supposed to help guide PNNX? Are they just a name and collecting advising services for doing nothing?

Still shows as a "shell risk".
That is most likely appropriate being that they have stated and promised revenues over the past years and have nothing to show for it.

PNNX became Pink Limited status for some reason. They filed the Q1 on time. Was an error noticed in the filing? Time will tell.

Surprise, surprise, surprise.

Nothing to be happy about with $291 in revenue. What happened to "strong sales" tweeted by Vince?
Someone has to step up and communicate what is happening with this company.
Been promised sales and revenue in different forms and fashion and nothing has panned out.
What happened to I touch partnership?
How is there only $291 in revenue with the new business model?
What happened to the app?
What is happening with anything about this company?
Why is nobody communicating?
What is the involvement of the board of directors? Have they no power to do anything?

I heard, real good. In as little as 5 to ten years it may work.

How is the App coming along?

I hope there is some revenue... However, I don't think there is any amount of phone calls or tweets that will overcome the sheer level of ineptness this Company is plagued with. Sorry to come off as negative, but I am tired of the misleading statements and lies from Management over the years.

Q1 should be an indicator.
Let's see what's reported next week.
If no revenue is showing up, then we need to bombard PNNX with phone calls or maybe Vince's Twitter profile.
Email is of no use. Tried an email campaign in the past and they were all ignored.

I kind of feel bad for Joe seeing his good idea with the consumer and business pretty much destroyed by the power's that be behind this non public company. It's pretty much turned into the typical OTC pinky minus the dumping of shares so far.

I see in the attorney letter, they put the following statement:
The issuer is not a “shell company” as defined in Rules 405 of the Securities Act of 1933 and 12b-2 of the Exchange Act of 1934.

Would be nice for them to inform the shareholders what is going on behind the scene.
So far, we see nothing. We have a website and public statements that have not materialized.

At least they're keeping up with filings.
