The SEC cares about MAXD failing to meet reporting standards. They don't care about the childish drama & hurt feelings of the executives.

I have collected a giant inventory of shareholder losses. Here is a tiny sample of the 1000+ MAXD shareholders
who had faith in me and the company goals, which were finally on the verge of success, highlighting their
documented losses in the millions of dollars.
