A copy of the dismissal was submitted to Legal at Edgar, not filed such as an 8K. Once again the status is still “CONTROL DISPUTE” and no filings will be accepted until removed. I also like many others believe the so called appeal will be immediately denied by the very same Federal Judge.

Lastly the known “BASHERS” are still threatening both me and HPIL by openly admitting that if I pursue any action against them they will take me and HPIL down.

Not an appeal, its a motion and nothing can be stopped unless the judge rules otherwise. If Stevie was serious, he is not, he'd already have the 8k filed. This does nothing to stop Stevie unless he just wants an excuse, which he does.

Deadline is 21 days from dismissal. Case was dismissed on March 31. Appeal was filed on April 28. Do the math.

There are a whole series of things SB has to do to get this trading again. The biggest is an independent audit. It will take months to get it going again. Be patient.
