keep trying to tell everyone that, obviously Its not abandoned, there would be no reason to fight over it it it was. Opposition can say it as much as they want, the only reason to try to wrestle control away from HPIL is that it holds great value. Why would opposition spend money, time & resources through the court otherwise??? Cant answer that one away with Stevie stole all the money. He survived 4 lawsuits, not in jail and still holds HPIL. I know why he is fighting for it, he has iron clad contract on powertrain, there is no money to steal from stock holders for lawyers, you said it yourself, stock is worth nothing for the last two years. Hes fighting with his money and for good reason.

"obviously something of great value" which is why LT was fired, the prototype was abandoned, Stevie stopped filing fins, Stevie stole all the money, and a random bunch of shareholders and foot the bill for a lawyer. Meanwhile you couldn't sell if you wanted to and claim that is not a loss. Sure Jan,

Makes no sense if this was a broke worthless company, then why all the opposition and trying so hard for two years to wrestle it out of Mr. Browns hands. When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth IE: HPIL is holding a major legal stake in the powertrain and deep pockets are trying to gain it through control of HPIL. Your a prime example along with Flow (if your not one in the same) proving my point. Why would you, for two years try to hamstring this company along with all the law suits?? If you say its to protect the investors that ship has sailed. Its pretty obvious your getting paid for your opposition. No one beats a dead horse. Pretty obvious to all there is something of great value with HPIL that is willing to fund you and appeal after appeal, even when they were dismissed with prejudice. Does not matter to me who wins. Either way my shares will be very valuable when the dust settles. I have no problem with the long game. After the last decision with prejudice, Im guessing Mr. Brown will win. Lets not forget, LT filed his patent behind MR. Browns back trying to exclude HPIL from it. If that would of worked then we would not be where we are today. Again just proves my case.

Let’s examine this objectively. When removing the noise surrounding flow and other external opposition efforts against HPIL, there are two primary possibilities: either someone hates Mr. Brown and is willing to invest significant funds to undermine his company, or LT has successfully developed a functional powertrain, with HPIL holding a major legal stake in the product. The opposition appears to be aware of this and is prepared to spend substantial resources to gain control of the company. Ultimately, the focus may come down to financial interests and strategic control. The potential of LT’s powertrain must be considerable to provoke such intense efforts to influence HPIL’s ownership. Stop looking at the left hand, the right hand is where you should be focused
