You took the quote from HR out of context. Read it again... for what it is, and add what actually happened.

GS was bamboozled by Foote and his team from the git go. We all know GS never quite understood crypto and blockchain. He even admitted as such in a tweet. ...and BTW, GS was not the only person fooled by crypto maniacs. Take a look at FTX and so many others. Insiders that knew how the mechanics worked could easily fool outsiders. ...and that's pretty much what happened here.

Once GS saw that Foote had pulled a fast one on him, GS pulled out and eventually clawed back his $2m investment. Now he's making sure it doesn't happen again, hence the waiting game with his current tickers.

Here is what Hindenburg Research wrote about HUMBL and Sharp.

I would like to thank you for writing so many positive things and maybe you will even contribute to our FORW rising since 0.006 and since August 2024, thank you (it is important to understand that with $FORW = I or you never move the price........ the PPS rise or fall is determined by completely different people, so it is 100% irrelevant whether you write or not write or whether other people write)

Sharp filed a S-1 on 12/19/2023 then filed an amended S-1 on 04/15/2024.

It has been almost 4 months since the Amended S-1 was filed. What is the problem? Why hasn't Sharp updated investors about the status of the S-1?

The SEC's goal is to respond to the initial Registration Statement within 4 weeks

After submitting the Form S-1, the SEC will review the initial registration statement and respond with detailed comments—usually within 30 days.

Sharp filed a Reg A+ but the SEC declared it:

"Forwardly, Inc. filed with the Commission an offering statement to qualify an offering of
securities under Section 3(b) of the Securities Act of 1933. The offering statement has been on file for more than nine months and has not yet been qualified.

In view of the foregoing, it is ORDERED that the offering statement be declared
abandoned on February 28, 2022.

For the Commission, by the Division of Corporation Finance, pursuant to delegated
authority."
