The current MV is joke low --- meager $109K! It will be very easy for CRMK to hit its 52-week-high 0.025 again with just about 100K shares of small Slapping volumes...

If we see one million shares of Slapping volumes then CRMK should hit its recent high $0.1 again easily! Let's see whether it crashes back to 0.0031 again?

Today's trading activities are very weird! 10K shares bought at 0.014 first, then 10K shares sold at 0.0075! How that could be? It also happened on 01/31: 10K shares bought at 0.013 then 10K shares sold at 0.01!

Even at $0.05 the MV of CRMK is still low comparing to its peers! Such as EMDF at 0.01 or even WPUR at 0.0034.

Can it hit its current 52-week-high 0.025 again as soon as this month?

Just dropped in to see what condition my position was in. Something might be happening. Good volume yesterday, and today bid and ask is 0.01/0.05. Their website indicates they have been busy, too. Hope to see $0.20 soon.

Forgot to mention: At the present share price, the market cap is only $113,636. Way undervalued!

OK... got a reply to my e-mail. Mr. R.E. Roach from OTR, Inc. (Transfer Agent for CRMK) gave me this information:

Authorized Shares: 30,000,000

Outstanding Shares: 14,568,725

Float (Estimated): 11,421,000

I also checked the creation date of the Cermetik.com web address. It was created on 2nd Oct, 1996.

So, the company has been around for over 16 years, and has a low share structure. The share structure is both good and bad. It's bad, because there's a liquidity problem. Not enough investors interested to get on board. This is made worse by the fact the company doesn't issue financial statements. But, it could turn out good, if, e.g., there was some positive major news coming out. With the limited no. of shares available, this could easily become a 10 bagger.

There must be some major shareholders here. And like all investors they must be interested in making some money. So far, no attempt is being made to increase the value of the shares. Why? I don't know. E.g., the company could issue a forward split, which would ease the liquidity problem. Or, if they're making a decent profit, they could issue a small dividend.

So, it's the kind of stock you leave in your sock drawer and forget about it. Once every few weeks, I'll check on it to see how it's doing. Maybe one day I'll get a nice surprise.

This looks like a company with a good business, but their financial reporting is lousy. Who cares. I think this is a sleeper stock. Got my toes wet today with 20,000 shares @ 0.006. Low float, too. Market cap real low. It's a keeper.
