I am all excited about the upcoming Q release.. But more importantly, I want to see the 8k on the final deal closure.

Interestingly the ask keeps jumping everywhere since yesterday from .10, .12 and now .14 😆

If the stock pulls back again this week to under a dime, it may be the last chance to get any before the quarterly comes out. Or news. After either of those two happen, with any luck, any good buy opportunity will have passed.

I wish I had some cash to pick up these shares.

Yes, 8k is what we need now to close this major acquisition deal.

With the change in SS, the charts will have to adjust accordingly. I am excited to see what will be coming by or before the 15th, if only acquisition closes before that.

I believe an 8-K is required (even for an OTC issue) for such a material event as the closing of an acquisition so we could hear about it today.

And given that no one will have a clue what a realistic market cap is for the company until their financials are reported, OTC traders will have nothing to go by but speculation, as usual. The chart will probably have a few gyrations until the 15th.

That is how it is, the 668m are restricted, Only 60m are unrestricted.
These added restricted shares are part of the merger deal as I told you earlier. If the news drops any time this week this will be making new highs.

I won't be much worried on how the pps will react on day to day basis. Look at this as a long term $1+ player going into Nasdaq soon.

It’s an interesting stock, if the 655M shares got issued restricted probably means the merger is done. Interesting to see how the PPS will react.

If the deal closes, hopefully sometime this month you will find this in dollars. This is how thin it is... just need a volume of 1-2m at the most or probably not even that.

That will be awesome if they closes the deal before the Q3 ends. Much will be known about the business by then.

If they close the deal before Sept 30, the Q3 report will prove interesting, as it will reflect SRE's business. And they say they're profitable which is a rarity in the OTC. I don't see any reason to think they won't qualify for a NASDAQ listing. Even if they have to do something with the SS in order to meet the minimum sp requirement, people will be okay with that.

Always! I am very much into calling the company and verifying what's been stated in the past.

Yes, I spoke with IR, Aric this morning. I had a great discussion with him. The most interesting thing is that he is just 5-10mins away from me in Royal Oak, Michigan with same phone area code as mine (248).
He said everything is moving forward. There are no issues holding it back. The deal is on SRE management to close very soon. He said they have a phenomenal technology with great players /parties supporting this reverse merger. Debra the current Asia Properties CEO will resign and I believe he said Reggie from SRE will take over along with the rest of his management and board of directors.
He also stated SRE clearly stated no R/S and the uplisting to NASDAQ will be done organically.

However, I would think no one at the company could say the deal was cancelled either.

I will still be checking via phone just to know if the R/M is still in progress and fully intact.

SRE Power technology seems to be Best in Class and a very futuristic as compared to Hybrid or EV. Once fully tested, verified and validated it will be what the world be going after.
Can't wait to see the R/M PR stating it is all done. If that happens we will be seeing 1000%+ run for sure. Super thin and tight it has been so far.

You are correct. It takes a small bit of shares to move this thing up. Maybe it can get it to .25 or higher before confirmation that the deal is done.

They can't disclose a material event like a signed contract over the phone to an individual. Nothing has happened yet. When it does, the public will be informed via a press release and/or an 8-K.

As long as SRE power website states that, I won't be worried sending them an email. Better to call the SRE company directly to re-verify. Patience should do it.
