ARHT Media Inc. ("ARHT" or "the Company") (TSXV: ART), (OTCQB: ARHTF), the global leader in development, production and distribution of high quality, low latency hologram and digital content announces that it has undertaken a strategic review of the Company’s operations, assets and financial structure.

ARHT Media has become a supplier of leading-edge holographic products designed to scale with large enterprise organizations. Much of the Company’s recent sales efforts have been focused on proof-of-concept installations with global brands and educational institutions and large scale roll outs have yet to materialize. This in turn has held back revenues over the past several quarters. While the Company has every reason to believe that broader scale adoption will occur, the timing of this adoption is unclear. It is for these reasons that the Board has undertaken a strategic review. The Company does not plan to provide updates on the status of the review until such time as material developments emerge.
