American Creek Resources to Attend PDAC 2014 in Toronto

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Feb 27, 2014) - American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX-VENTURE:AMK) ("the Corporation") is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting at the 2014 Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) International Trade Show & Investment Conference.

Shares issued to Miller Thomson LLP

The Corporation is also pleased to announce that the transaction previously announced in the Corporation's November 26, 2013 news release in which Miller Thomson, LLP, the Corporation's legal counsel in the litigation against Teuton Resources Corp. over the Treaty Creek Property, agreed to take shares of the Corporation as partial payment of legal fees has closed. A total of $500,000 debt was settled by the issuance of 8,333,333 common shares at $0.06 per common share.

The securities issued will be subject to a hold period of 4 months and a day from issuance. This shares for debt arrangement has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Treaty Creek Property is situated next to the KSM project held by Seabridge Gold Inc. and in the same region as the Snowfield and Brucejack (Valley of the Kings) projects held by Pretium Resources Inc.
