AIS Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:AIS) has decided not to invest in the bond
trading hedge fund which was to be the use of the offering proceeds from a
previously announced private placement of preferred shares.. Accordingly AIS has
withdrawn the private placement and all subscription proceeds received have been
returned to the subscribers.
