HE power shut off 6 hours before 2nd fire listed as FACT in both Fire Reports.
Hawaiian Electric Industries, in a court filing, alleges that failures by Maui County, and not the company, allowed wildfires to ravage Lahaina last August, killing 101 people and causing roughly $5B in damage, The Honolulu Civil Beat’s Stewart Yerton reports. The power company claims Maui failed to control vegetation and fumbled the response that allowed devastating fires to sweep through Lahaina in August in contrast to hundreds of lawsuits related to the fires filed so far which cast blame on HEI and its subsidiaries.

HE either the red headed stepchild of Biden Administration and will kneel to Demon-rats or, they will abide in truth.
Absolutely a fire scuence fact that HE did not do a majority of the fures...fact.
Yet, Day 1 Hawaii came out and sentenced the red headed step child WITHOUT evidence. No facts. HE statement that power was shut off 6 hours before main fires.
Facts are facts.
Boats quarter mile out in water do not burn at those temperatures to be destroyed by a 'wildfire'.
Global warming is a lame excuse.
Cars in a grass field cannot burn at those temperatures without use of DEW.
Why did one of 7 vehicles not but like the others just because it was BLUE?
Why did one condo in the middle of a community with all underground wiring be burned to foundation and blame HE? Ten feet away another condo doesn't even have smoke damage.
I am CFEI and expert witness for State CA and NV for Standard of Care.
I am sworn to protect public.
No one knows at State level, let alone federal level the seriousness of this topic.
In my heart, I truly believe Biden Administration allowed use of DEW, known to be tested on HI Islands, for a friendly pre-planned land-grab for Oprah and other billionaires.
I been licensed in all 50 States and half Canada...as an architect...I am also CFEI.
TRUTH IS TRUTH...IT AIN'T CHANGING.
HE is nothing on comparison to Biden Administration. Nothing.
PGE also took hit for DEW in Paradise...
Billionaires will pump paid rhetoric against HE to either gain on their shorts or load more.
Trust in Jesus. All else is fake.

A mystery...
The state probe is not looking at what sparked the Lahaina fire on Aug. 8.
State Attorney General Anne E. Lopez announced Aug. 30 the selection of the Fire Safety Research Institute, a nonprofit research organization, as the third party that will have subpoena power, under HRS 28-2.5, to handle the state’s investigation. The state contracted with Underwriters Laboratories Inc.'s FSRI to ensure an independent investigation.
----
100% fact DEW caused fire....The state, under the corrupt Biden Administration, probe is not looking at what sparked the Lahaina fire on Aug. 8. They are intentionally hiding facts of DEW...

HONOLULU 2019 — Hawaiian Electric (HECO) is asking for a 4.1 percent increase in revenue or 77.5 million dollars a year. For a typical customer, HECO said that’s about $8.67 more a month.
“As our state is moving toward 100 percent renewable energy by 2045, a lot of the investments that we’re making have a lot to do with improving the grid, upgrading our system to be able to accomodate more renewable energy and move us toward that goal,” said Jim Kelly, spokesman for Hawaiian Electric.
He said they are not only using it for operations upgrades, but to increase security as well.
“Cyber security has become a huge issue. We not only are trying to keep our customers information safe, but we really need to keep the grid safe, and make sure that we keep bad actors from penetrating our defenses, said Kelly.
The additional funds would also go toward preventing future power outages.
“Vegetation [can cause] outages. A lot of tree branches falling on lines. So we have a very aggressive vegetation management plan that we’re actually spending a million dollars more a year,” said Kelly.
