      Yeah it's done and even as OTC, how and why would it ever go back up.....if this happened to them in a day period, why would anyone think this would ever be worth anything. I took my loss like the dummy I am for buying it.

      ONE OF MY BROKERAS refused my trade saying back office says company restricted trade and it would be $200 commission. Other dicount broker allowed me to buy at 6 cents DOH now at 4 cents. If buying is restricted for some no wonder the imbalance last at 4 cents

      Farfetch’s partnership with Alibaba and Richemont took a step toward completion this week, with the online fashion platform issuing a total of $600 million, or $300 million each, of 0 percent convertible senior notes, due in 2030.

      Farfetch has further boosted its liquidity in these uncertain times, raising an extra $350 million in debt through the issue of convertible senior notes due in 2027. Earlier this year, the company had tapped Tencent and Dragoneer Investment Group for $250 million, via a similar debt issue.

      Tencent and Dragoneer are each investing $125 million in convertible senior notes issued by the luxury fashion platform. "The additional capital supports Farfetch's long-term strategy of delivering a global technology platform for the luxury fashion industry and facilitates the Company's continued focus on executing its growth plans, including in the key China market, and driving towards operational profitability," Farfetch said in a statement.
