Barclays to Sell Remaining Stake in Absa Group

Barclays PLC said Wednesday that it intends to sell its
remaining shareholding in South African lender Absa Group Ltd.
The British bank owns 63 million shares in Absa, or a 7.4%
stake.
The price will be agreed at the close of the bookbuilding
process.
