For practical purposes, this is not the old "HAIR". It is fractional ownership (15%) of Venus Concept that has underlying growth rate of ~15% recently. Post merger, the robotic hair transplant component should have much higher growth rate than 15% but then it only represents ~15% initially of the revenue. It is at ~40% discount from what Fred Moll is to pay upon the merger closing. I don't think he ever was that bad at math.

PS Cutera has EV of $260M currently.

So no one is ever watching this stock?? Its starting to make a comeback and if some were involved it might show some signs of life!
