Change of Principal Address

 

Integrated Media Technology Limited (“IMTE” or “Company”) announces that the principal address of the Company will be changed to Unit 5, Lot 4, Glen 9 Business Park, Jalan Pensyarah U1/18, Hicom-Glenmarie Industrial Park, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia with effect from August 31, 2022 as the Company intends to close all its operations in Hong Kong and China.
