From the Dec. 20 8k disclosing the 1:20 stock split, they also included the following:
"As previously disclosed, on November 5, 2024, the “Company entered into a Revolving Credit Facility Agreement and related Security Agreement for up to $12 million (the “Secured WC Facility”) with an entity affiliated with Mr. Tony Aquila, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chair, AFV Management Advisors, LLC (“AFV”).
On December 18, 2024, in consideration of a discretionary advance of $2.5 million under the Secured WC Facility, the Company and AFV agreed to amend the collateral package associated with the Secured WC Facility to include substantially all of the assets at the Company’s Pryor, OK location as collateral for the facility.
On December 20, 2024, the Company announced that it would be temporarily idling its Oklahoma City and Pryor manufacturing facilities in Oklahoma, resulting in the furloughing of 87 employees for a twelve week period. The Company is also furloughing an additional 13 employees throughout its other locations."

"On December 13, 2024, the Company announced that it was temporarily reducing its workforce by furloughing an additional 10 additional employees today resulting in a total of 50 non-essential employees over the last 90 days at its Justin, TX facility. These furloughs, in addition to our previously disclosed furloughs at our Oklahoma City location and Employee Reorganization Plan, are part of the Company's ongoing efforts to reduce costs and conserve cash resources while focusing on core operations.
As described in our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed on November 14, 2024, we operate in a capital-intensive industry which requires significant cash to fund our operations and we will need to raise substantial additional capital to fund operations through the end of 2024 to continue operations. While we are in active discussions regarding additional financing, these or other furloughs could have unintended consequences, and if we are unsuccessful in obtaining additional funds on commercially reasonable terms or at all, or are unsuccessful in reaching agreements with existing vendors on disputed amounts, we likely be unable to satisfy our obligations and may become subject to further litigation or insolvency proceedings. Any of the foregoing would likely have a material adverse effect on the Company's liquidity, financial condition and results of operations, and may render the Company insolvent and unable to sustain its operations and continue as a going concern, which could result in the loss of all of your investment in our stock."

Nothing will happen, unless the company starts production. If the company had produced even ten vehicles to start filling their Walmart order, the stock price would be fine, raising money would not be a problem.
The company hasn't been producing vehicles. They concentrated on getting more orders. The company is running out of money and the share price is dropping. Last year's reverse split cut my appetite for shares. It's probably the same for others. I doubt the company will wait long to do another reverse split, sell shares, and pass out bonus shares to management and employees.

Q3 Adjusted EPS: Loss of 54 cents, versus estimates for a loss of 77 cents
Canoo (GOEV.NaE) reported a quarterly cash outflow of $31.3 million, down 20.7% from the second quarter and down 58.6% on a year-over-year basis. The company ended the quarter with $16 million in cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash.
“While we focus on our core markets we must continue to take aggressive actions to consolidate our operations, reduce costs, and catch-up to our plan. This starts from the top led by a committed executive team, which is willing to take short-term pay cuts for long-term incentives and believes in the value we create for our customers, associates and shareholders,” said Tony Aquila, executive chairman and CEO of Canoo (GOEV.NaE).
“This will continue to be a difficult and critical period as we do everything we can to get the capital in place, bring jobs back online, and get back on track with our step-level manufacturing plan.”
Outlook: Canoo (GOEV.NaE) expects fourth-quarter cash outflow to be between $30 million and $40 million. The company anticipates a fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA loss of 30 million to $35 million, versus a loss of $38 million in the third quarter.
The company noted the consolidation of its operations from California to Texas and Oklahoma is expected to result in estimated future savings of approximately $12 million to $14 million per year.
