Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 12, 2023, MyMD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release describing developments in the Phase 2 clinical trial of its MYMD-1® product candidate for sarcopenia and frailty. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Also furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a slide presentation that the Company intends, from time to time, to present and/or distribute to the investment community and utilize at various industry and other conferences.
