What specifically is critical, pending, legal, and serious?

We were talking how Eric with only days left in a critical situation delayed the pending issue till sometime next year. It did not go away, it's legal. It's serious.

Eric should disclose with his shareholders. Instead he'll pop up at some point to throw out meaningless hype. He has been misleading, mispresenting with dishonest claims ( IMHO ) and we came very close to seeing that. Now it will resurface maybe around 8 months give or take.

Well, I did not say anything about serving notices but getting copies of what has been entered is not a problem.

Eric, it seems will keep his pattern of not disclosing highly important information to his investors.

I'm also aware of the "critical issue" he got delayed just before the deadline but curious how you know he served notices...

You may start to hear from him now that he got his immediate critical issue delayed just days before the deadline. The issue did not go away, he bought time, maybe 6 months?

He of course won't discuss it instead he'll likely throw out Bs hype while the dark cloud hangs over.

Like what are you waiting for him to say before you have something to say? It's over 3 months, not a word.

Are you going to be OK if you don't hear from him and find out his business is bankrupt? Because that is a real possibility that could play out.

As he heads towards bankruptcy he was spouting about his new mission goal that would allow the company to qualify for normalized re-financing, benefiting long term stability for creditors and shareholders, plus adding the potential is immense, his words.

I am speculating it's in US dollars, which is over $300,000 CDN, if correct. It's not worth $3,000. It's no surprise he is failing. Eric buried the price he paid for it in his Financial filings under section 5, Trade Secret Formulations & Trademarks and worded it in a way so you likely surely would miss it. Sneaky as always. This way he could somehow say he did disclose it but no one would ever know. Imagine under Trade Secret Forumalitions.

No comment on the annual report? Not a surprise. No comment from anyone. It's so telling how the business has been destroyed yet Eric pumped, hyped, how things were so promising, so much potential. Complete mispresentation and he still throws it in. Dishonest as he knows how bad things are.

True, it's not like he or any CEO would be saying things are really bad, but to misled but implying the sky the limit, the possibilities are endless, when you know you might not even survive is wrong.

I use the 1000+ all the time, I have been using it for over a year, and even had shares for long time ,but finally sold, this was before the Website,
I looked at it for the first time today, The website may Help the Share Price run once they have a better way to advertise the product with as I have found it too be probably the best on the Market IMO, that I use in my line of Business, Sure would like to see it run, I will buy 2,000000 shares in a heartbeat again, but Erik won't do anything I sure would like to see him do something to give shareholders a chance. That post is a respectable one!! Eric will get it done he likes to have his back against the wall!! Caution should always be considered buying a .0001 stock and I think all those involved are aware of that!!

No did not say that at all. I said that the annual report required accounting expenditure, that he did not even request an extension for late filing so looks like it's not coming. I should have said looks like not coming for the foreseeable future.

I pointed out that the website is offline likely due to non payment, all signs of serious financial problems. I stated it was in my humble opinion, not factual.

The business is hurting in a bad way. The signs are there. You can choose to ignore, or say it's just me bashing, fine, but not being open minded can possibly have a negative impact.

That opinion misses the point. His website is offline likely due to non payment. He advertises his Twitter feed and blog updates on it.

He has not filled his annual report that requires accounting expenditure. Never even filed a late notice extension for it, so looks like it's not coming.

All this does not bold well. Pocketing the change won't help him now. Contrary hosting fees are not very costly especially for a small site like that.
