A lot of giving opinions, predicting, hoping & wishing what this tickers great CEO will do. Based on reading into things without those things specifically being written in any of the reports coming out.
This great CEO can't put out timely fins. And, doesn't give updates, even of the most generic type to keep investors informed.
But, the pumpers keep stacking up excuses for not doing those things. Meanwhile, all eyes are on the other ticker. 🙄
Maybe today we get something. Maybe not. No one knows.

Do I have this right? RNVA('the Company') will get 8% interest on the note for the first 6 months and 12% for the remainder as RCHI pays down the principle. That works out to around $150,000 per month in interest payments for the first 6 months. Until RNVA seeks approval of RCHI to covert some or all of the note into Series A Preferred Stock as FOXO gains in profitability.

In addition, RCHI issued to the Company a senior secured note in the principal amount of $22,000,000 (subject to adjustment) (the “RCHI Note”). The RCHI Note matures on September 10, 2026 and accrues interest on any outstanding principal amount at the rate of 8% per annum for the first six months, increasing to 12% per annum thereafter. Upon an event of default, the interest rate shall increase to 20% per annum. The RCHI Note requires principal repayments equal to 10% of the free cash flow (net cash from operations less capital expenditures) from RCHI and its subsidiary Scott County Community Hospital, Inc. (“Scott County”). The RCHI Note will be reduced by payment of 25% of any net proceeds from sales of equity or assets by FOXO.

Umm those who don't consider the positives and the negatives, the pros and the cons, the past and the present are looking at the future through eyes of a deer in blinding lights.... it is what is. You can't refute the fact that RNVA has never come through. All this behind the scenes stuff is great but until it actually comes to fruition, it's all speculation. Our accounts are worthless. Yep more patience is required for the enigmatic Seamus. Hope we all profit a little. Years of waiting should mean something

You are not off except that FOXO negotiated a different arrangement with RCI/RNVA wherein they (their now subsidiary RCHI) alloted a 22 million note to RNVA I lieu of the dividend paying preferred shares...so the dividends in 2925 may be gone, but RNVA can call in the note any time if things go wrong...

If I am way off course here please correct me. But is their any chance the Preferred shares mentioned below in the recent FOXO filing are the preferred shares that RNVA received for the producing assets in the transaction? What would happen IF there is a heavy naked short position when they issue this first DIVI in March 2025?

I was actually thinking the same exact thing. Seamus doesn't even have to resume trading this. What are your thoughts nfrequent? Is it possible Seamus could just leave RNVA on the EM indefinitely and just continue business as usual without us ever trading again? I'm seriously asking.....
