It doesn't matter. The PE will be the same wherever the opening price is set. RNVA's 2023 PE is 0.83. My initial (personal) price target will be at a PE of 20 to 25. In other words, a 2000% to 2500% gain from the current RNVA price or the FOXO price upon the possible full merger. The dollar gain will be the same either way.

The big question is how many shares of FOXO do we get???

Been here long enough to know the Company is running smoother then ever & are currently in the middle of a merger.

Beyond strange time to spread an end game scenario if one was really a 'shareholder'.

Biggest transaction in the history going on, now with profitable hospitals.

Prob not the best time to publicly out the employer, if one really needs that job? As unfortunate as the situation is, they were still being paid and the issue is being resolved.

I do truly hope things have calmed down for the few involved or truly hope they have found something better. Rural hospital worker career life cannot be easy. Hopefully after this deal closes and all the severe pain these people have endured will be gone for good, for the future. Based on the 10K numbers released, and this deal, it looks like it will be to me.

What percentage of employees? Obvi none are happy with late payments, but again cooler heads have to come into play.

Most of these employees probably dont even have a starbucks to turn too for work nearby, or a medical related job without moving far away. Its clear there were big improvements the past year or so, along with the big material event in the works as we speak.
