Years ago I preferred that LWLG took out a large insurance policy and stated working with one small data center, rather than waiting for Tier ones to come around.

The insurance policy was to pay losses incurred if something went wrong with the data center.

What I don't understand is how the new group running Webstar think they can pull off selling shares under Registration A at $7.00 as share when the stock is selling between .10 - .13?

They may wish to use all the shares they can for the capital raise, give the pps another week or two and it could be sub $1. They could use all those shares available for the raise and then do another RS as a Christmas present to the common holders.
