The Taub settlement
This is what was proposed before Rene balked:
The parties filed, with Defendants’ confirmation, a joint status report on December 5, 2022 reporting they had reached a settlement
in principle: (1) entry of judgment in favor of Plaintiffs against Arrayit on consent for $20,000,000; and (2) assignment to Plaintiffs of Arrayit’s insurance policy with Berkley mandating payment to Plaintiffs for $500,000 in full satisfaction of the judgment.
I wonder what the final settlement looked like.

It seems you do, but, however, I know covalent metrology is currently leasing the space. Which comes to an end soon… As well as Reliant Labs… but if you search the address Arrayit is still listed… I’m curious as to who owns the building. ;) seems it’s no longer listed as a Dollinger property according to Dollinger’s website… I do remember Arrayit speaking of purchasing the building, also, that rent that wasn’t paid by Arrayit wasn’t anything new, it was from 2015 when they were struggling… so… at the end of their lease it was owed…. That’s what it is about… therefore…. I’m just wondering who owns the building now…

Sorry, but I don't really follow ARYC anymore.
It looks like ARYC was kicked out of their location @ 927 Thompson Place, Sunnyvale, CA. Another company, Covalent Metrology, now occupies that space.
Their current website doesn't seem to have any address listed, so I am assuming that they are working out of their car parked in front of Apple headquarters.
