The Company was notified yesterday that David Phipps, Chief Executive of 
Commoditrade, acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary 
Shares") at 4.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Phipps is now interested in 
950,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.27 per cent. of the Company's issued
