IMO this stinks to high heaven. The IRS needs to look into this.

If we accept the digital image you posted at face value, the document was issued in late 2023. However, at a later point in 2024 the Chinese government changed the procedural rules and implemented the new numbering system, and they clearly stated that the older numbers would expire in early September 2024. This is not debatable, unless you want to debate the CCP! Unless the Chinese are publicly lying or are totally incompetent, their database shows that SPOOZ has not yet gotten the necessary new number, and thus they are inactive. This is beyond dispute, unless you want to dispute the veracity of the Chinese government on procedures which they control 100% as well as their database system. The Chinese may be dishonest on some issues, but not on this one. SPOOZ has failed to implement the necessary transition and thus, according to the official Chinese website, are "inactive".

As for that certificate applying to the aluminum, apparently it doesn't. You can't eat aluminum so I think we all know that aluminum is not food. That also apparently means that the aluminum shipment is not going through China. That certificate is for China customs and not other countries. The aluminum PR did not say anything about the aluminum going to China so it's I think it's fair to suspect that it is not. I think that is a bad assumption to assume so. Your posting sentiments could very well confuse investors on just how big SPZI truly is going to be in my opinion. Just for the record, I still believe that it is going to be very big.

If not...Kerorgen is not an licensed operator. It has no production, no gas or oil wells and no lithium extraction plant.
There is no port. PEC is a engineering/supply/manpower company and does not own, produce or sell natural gas or oil.
"IF" things were actually true, a "best case" scenario is a least 2 years to see any revenue from LNG.

You don't have any proof other than the Park created press releases.
