Spooz, Inc. (OTCBB:SPZI) is pleased to announce that Mr. Peng He has joined the company as a Senior Quantitative Analyst. In his position, Mr. He�s core initiative will be to design, develop, support and maintain quantitative trading systems for the SpoozToolz platform. He will also support proprietary trading, including the Statistically Weighted Arbitrage Recognition Model (SWARM) trading system, for which he has played a key development role. He will also have responsibilities for quantitative specification of core product development issues. Prior to joining Spooz, Mr. He was a Senior Quantitative Analyst for G-Bar, LLC and Relativity Holdings, LLC where he designed and coded black-box trading systems, backtesting and optimization models from the ground up. Prior to his experience at G-Bar, Mr. He authored high-frequency arbitrage and basis trading models for the OTC FX markets for Relativity Holdings LLC. Mr. He also has provided quantitative support for building the CAX (Chicago Aggregate Exchange) an OTC FX exchange, designing and implementing Fourier Trading System, option pricing, hedging, risk management of nonlinear portfolios, time series data analysis, and exploring volatility arbitrage based on relative implied volatility relationships. �The acquisition of Mr. He is a triple edged sword.
