Here’s some info from the ‘80’s……..
Syd Jones, near the Atocha main pile with some ballast stones scattered about.
https://www.treasurenet.com/media/syd-jones-near-the-atocha-main-pile-with-some-ballast-stones-scattered-about-the-main-pile-relocated-as-they-searched-in-and-under-the-ballast-for.1877585/
Is not that ballast stones equals treasure, it’s treasure equals ballast stones.
If this was a treasure galleon, the treasure could be scattered for miles, but there would be a significant amount of treasure at the big ole ballast pile. Significant enough for you to win the bet.
That said, if you “know” there is treasure, do you know why SFRX can’t find it?
Did you not tell them where it was?
Happy Saturday!
Today’s the day!

The weather report clearly shows that every day there is a chance, a possibility of lightning. You can’t pick and chose what sections of the report are.
I did not argue that it is a broad area and that there are going to be areas where the sea conditions will not all be fair seas. Nor did I imply that it would be lightning every day.
So, I find it quite amazing that when you present another idea, honestly a really a trivial idea, in this case, such as lighting, this concept must not be allowed. It must be challenged. It must be misconstrued. Period.
Even if it was as simple as pointing out that weather conditions should also be considered with regard to working on the water. Do you really have to contravene this?
The asinine nature of the arguments against it such as big boys don’t run, you’re a landlubber for even daring to question me, clearly point out that the arguments are emotionally based not intellectually based. Why continue arguing about it unless it’s because it doesn’t fit the narrative you’re trying to push?
I’m sorry if I offended anyone with my opinion that there are more considerations beyond how high the waves are.
I’m certain that they will work every single day possible and I wish them the best.

Instead of me explaining why a ballast pile……
that wasn’t littered with treasure means the site is a dud, I’ll share this from salvors that have worked the 1715 legacy sites and with Mel Fisher’s group.
And remember, the ballast pile at Juno is over 100 feet long, and The Baer said it was one of the biggest piles he’s ever seen. Plus, there are no cannons, which means they weren’t armed. Treasure galleons were heavily armed to protect the treasure.
The fact I have told you I have everything SFRX submitted to the state when they worked the wreck for seven years, which is about 1000 pages of documents, you’ll continue to insist I have nothing to reach my conclusion that the site is a dud. That’s okay, let’s see what someone else has to say about the importance of the ballast pile and cannons as it relates to a treasure galleon.
Here ya go……
The Cabin wreck: Called by this name because it lies seaward of a cabin once inhabited by Kip Wagner, multiple cannon and piles of ballast stone identify two separate and distinct areas, one in shallow near-shore waters, the other in deeper waters, containing what are believed to be remains of the Nuestra Señora de la Regla.
Like the Cabin wreck site, Corrigan’s has been the subject of both 18th century and modern salvage, yet much cargo remains to be found. For instance, to this day the ship’s main ballast pile has not been located—an extremely important missing piece. Ships of the period had their hulls filled with literally tons of river rocks to provide counterbalance for their top-heavy construction. Silver bars and chests of coins—also collectively weighing in the tons—shared that purpose. When we find the missing ballast, we can expect to discover tons of silver in the form of silver bars and treasure chests of coins.
https://www.mrronline.com/copy-of-history-of-the-san-jose
You find a ballast pile on a treasure galleon and you can expect to find tons of treasure. But they haven’t found anything except a few coins, which was probably someone’s pocket change.
Conclusion…..the site is a dud.
Have a great weekend. Hopefully the thunderstorms stay away and they get the scanning completed.

Yes, SFRX was REQUIRED to report everything......
to the state under a Recovery Permit.
ALL data, findings, and conclusions were provided to the state by SFRX.
These reports date back over a decade because SFRX hasn't been able to recover items until this year, though they claim they found one silver coin last year. Not sure how they could recover it and not conduct some sort of operations at Juno. They seem to have been suggesting they had to wait. Who knows with this outfit.
Regardless, you asked me to expand on my conclusion that the site is a dud. When I did you obviously didn't understand SFRX's history at Juno, as well as the previous salvors lack of results.
But I have all sorts of information about Juno provided by the company to the state. So slow down and tell me exactly what you want to know and I will try and answer your questions.
I also asked you to provide what info you had.
Here's the daily field log that shows when they found their very first coin at Juno. I scratched through the coordinates.
Notice that they went in early because a storm rolled in.

Sure. Happy to expand. Have you not......
read the Bureau reports?
I have a 9 am call, not sure how long it will last, but I will share more later.
As far as the coordinates on any finds, I will mark those out. I'm not sharing those in a public forum, except for the site coordinates in the Court Order giving SFRX title to the wreck. I have all the daily logs for SFRX's work on the site. It's publicly available if you request it from the state.
First, they found the ballast pile.......zip, zero, nada. That's where one would find treasure if it was treasure laden. Notice how professional this is written.
The Bureau had a meeting with Judd before SFRX got involved. Sir Robert Marx had a few areas of interest, and his son-in-law (?) dove on the wreck. Raider can offer more on that if he wishes. Judd (the Old Man) is the guy that supposedly pulled a fast one on SFRX and had them looking in the wrong place. Does this guy seem like he could pull a fast one on somebody?
In addition to this, I have had discussions with the previous salvors that Judd used. It's a dud.
Later tater. I got more......lots more.
BTW....let's see what you got!
TIA

The site has proven to be a dud, yet……..
before they began to scan, folks were saying the site holds treasure.
There’s absolutely no data or research to support such a claim, yet the claim was made.
Further, some of the same folks making that claim were saying…..they would not have waited 2 years on the permit if they didn’t already know the site held treasure. Yet, we seen none.
Zip, zero, nada.
Here’s a little FYI……there’s basically a chance of a thunderstorm EVERY DAY in Florida.
SFRX has gone from it only takes a weekend to Kyle saying in late April that it should take several days to scan the site, as the divers have to assist the (ahem) autonomous device because the current are too strong.
They’ve had several days.
World class tech, eh?

Funny, raider21, has the ability to pontificate about things that aren’t actually mentioned. I just wanted to point out that you broadly used the weather report to promote your agenda. Period. Look at the sea! It’s all great! They will be out there every day!
I brought up the possibility of lightning because it is clearly a possibility every day. It is in the forecast. Your forecast that you provided.
And, if it occurs then I hope that you can agree that this will prevent any work on that day. So, unless you are also a weather expert and you know for certain that lightning will not occur can you, are you able to admit that while the seas are calm there may be some weather conditions that could prevent the company from working.
Or, is the agenda the issue with your responses?
Personally, I’m thinking that while the seas might be calm enough I believe that they are qualified to be able to make day to day decisions about the weather.
Thanks for your reply and it was quite telling about you.

Just how safe is it to be on the ocean with the possibility of lightning? Are you saying that it is good to go? Or, did you even read the report?
From your own post ….
Sea conditions good. Of course they're too busy with doing the 'endless' scans. Just too busy to do one proof dig to expose the tons of gold and silver treasure. What a show.
Here’s what you didn’t mention …
Synopsis
Increasing shower and lightning storms chances through the period.
Thursday
A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms late.
Friday
A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Saturday
A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight.
Sunday
A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight.
Monday
. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight.
Now you know the rest of the story

ARR has worked with the Fisher org.......
and may still be doing so.
They linked a 5-year-old video on their website regarding the Atocha. Around the 3:20 mark they claim that according to the manifest there are 162 copper ingots, 14 bronze cannons, 125K silver coins, 433 silver bars, and 111 gold bars still missing. Plus, the stern castle is still missing as well.
Seems that would be quite the opportunity for a first PR.
In fact, SFRX could possibly file a CT Order with the SEC keeping things quiet until everything was found.
SFRX could say something like.....MFT spent a half a century on the Atocha site/trail, and in a matter of months we located the remaining treasure using our super-duper, see all, find all, state-of-the-art device, closing the final chapter on the Atocha story.
I know some would suggest that's just trinkets but talk about a history making event. Mel could even become a footnote in the Atocha story if SFRX offered their services, for a percentage of course.

Here’s a thought, dilute the project(s)…..
not the company.
I guess you have no choice with projects like Juno, Melbourne, and Latana, which were all proven to be duds, even before SFRX arrived on the scene.

It's amusing you're responding to someone wanting........
to pay a critic to post positively.
They actually discourage discourse in general as well as positivity.....
It makes people not want to say anything at all, so just general discussion of the company is stifled which limits information any potential shareholders may learn or share.
Further, you're touting a company that sued an Ihub member for telling folks that the company had no Recovery Permit at permit at Melbourne, even though that's what the company falsely claimed for about a year.
NOTE 13 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
On July 28, 2014 the Company’s partnership with Marine Archeology Partners, LLC, Seafarer’s Quest, LLC, received a 1A-31 Recovery Permit (the “Permit”) from the Florida Division of Historical Resources for an area identified off of Cape Canaveral, Florida. The Permit is active for three years from the date of issuance.

Even if Kyle was mistaken, someone within this self-professed professional organization should have alerted him of this error.
Spare us the feigned outrage. This is a public forum, and it doesn't belong to shareholders or the company.

They do more than complain. They do everything in their power to discourage any positivity on this board.
I'll go one further. They actually discourage discourse in general as well as positivity. As anyone who says anything slightly resembling something positive about the company is attacked multiple times from any direction down to ad hominem attacks, spelling errors, distortion of the message, reinterpretation, misdirection, you name it.
It makes people not want to say anything at all, so just general discussion of the company is stifled which limits information any potential shareholders may learn or share.
I push back but I don't even bother with half of his gish gallop BS which is the whole purpose of doing it. To overwhelm with bad info so even when some is countered, other lies slips through.
Who knows what kind of affect it has had on the stock price over the years.
