You have to call your Broker and tell them you want to get rid of them, close the position, for tax or whatever reason.
Your Broker will take them off your hands as worthless equity, or place them for sale at market price NOT limit if they are tradable. You cannot choose a price for these worthless assets.
You personally cannot place them for sale, and cannot buy them. Maybe if you're in Canada or countries that'll allow buy/sell of these kind of worthless securities.

The period for the D to be on the ticker is 20 days. And you're right that by the time you can sell your shares, historically, the sp is down after a R/S in this situation.

As far as my wife is concerned, the share price is $0.000001. I know it will be $0.001 in a couple weeks, but she is much less convinced. Also, with the "D" designation, we common shareholders won't be able to trade for about 30 days until the "D" comes off. The share price will fluctuate wildly during that period, because of MM's playing around

When will the r/s happen?

Your share cost right now is .000646 per share. After 1/2500 RS your share cost will become $1.615 per share approx. While the stock's newly pricing will be .25 after the 1/2500 RS.

That's based on a sp of $.000001. At $.0001, your stock is worth $5,200. That's a little better. But what you'll eventually be able to sell it for once it gets off the Expert Market and the R/S takes place so trading can resume is the question.

A simple way to calculate what your cost average price per share will be after the RS.
If your average price now is .0028 (for example), then multiply .0028 x 2500 = $7
$7 will be your new share price after the 1/2500 RS, and the stock's new price will at .25 cents after the 1/2500 RS.

I only want the success for SANP, but a 1/2500 RS isn't going to do it for me and 90+% of long shareholders.

It all depends on what your cost average per share price is.
Then start the calculation of what your new cost price per share will be after the 1/2500 RS!

My calculation is; my cost price per share will be $8.39 per share after the 1/2500 RS. Not fun at all! While the new post RS price per share will start at .25 cents.

Not many shareholders still holding it at .0001, and the ones that had it at .0001 mostly sold it at .0001 if/when they could.

Many long holders/believers have their cost averages @ around .0035 or more. .0035 x 2500 = $8.75 per share.

Most of the long time shareholders are going to be extremely damaged and not be able to recover. Unless a cancellation of RS happens!

in a revers you stock (52,000,000) is divided by the revers amount (2,500)

MATH (52,000,000/2,500=20,800)

then the stock price ($0.0001) is multiplied by the revers amount (2,500)

MATH $0.0001X2,500=$0.25

You NEW stock amount (20,800) is multiplied by the NEW stock price ($0.25)

MATH 20,800X$0.25=$5,200

which is the same value of 52,000,000X$0.0001=$5,200

52,000,000 shares Total Gain (-)33,555.90 Percent Gain (-)99.85%, Current Value $52.00. And I still believe. Been here 10 years, seen it all. Call me what you will, I probably deserve it, but stay I will do.
