There is no share reduction for the commons. Jake is seeking final approval to dump $7M per year in stock just like SONG, please look there for an example of what he does after approval. He is seeking to cancel the preferred shares and issue himself a control block. So the share cancellation will have no effect on the PPS, because they are not common shares. Meanwhile Jake will be dumping $7M in shares with his co-conspirator using the same arrangement he defrauded the courts with on SONG.
