37 bidding and still no takers. Shorts seem to be leaving this one alone here in the pre too. Normally they would run it up to lure in some folks, but they seem wisely afraid of the low float and move on no news.

PHMD had $30 Million Losses last year, I'm afraid it'll file Bankruptcy soon, as all the insiders have liquidated all their holdings, Bad Sign!

PHMD, Its numerous Form 4 show that all the insiders have been dumping all their shares since last year! They've been Liquidating all their holdings!

Bankruptcy is imminent! All shares will be worthless and Cancelled.

Now that would be really interesting. Not a frequent phenom. Don't know enough to about that structure to be able to identify the advantage for the acquirer, but I'm sure there is one. LoL. Either way, a phenomenal move on no news!!

You ain't kidding. Hate not knowing why something's moving. None-the-less, as it is a Nasdaq play, decided to slap for a few just the same. Got in higher than when I first thought about it, but guess that's the price of trying to find the news first. LoL

2x record vol on no news/filing. these are the most frustrating.
