Other Events

On May 19, 2023, OceanTech Acquisitions I Corp. (the “Company”) filed Amendment No. 1 (the “First Amendment”) to the Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A, which amended and restated the proxy statement in its entirety (the “Extension Proxy”). The explanatory note to the First Amendment included scrivener errors as to the date of the special meeting. The Company is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to clarify that the Special Meeting will be held on May 26, 2023, consistent with the Extension Proxy.
