      I have a different opinion. I think LP can execute a contract that is not effective until a contingency is triggered like MHRA approval.
      Without the contingency occurring there is no contact much less a material event.

      Only I don't think it's going to take 2-3 years for something to break with MVNT.

      We have two big clues now.
      First is that we now know that MVNT had $0 in revenues from Jan. 1, 2024 to Jun. 30, 2024.
