Correction
to 2 October 2023
Announcement
Tap Global
Group Plc (AQUIS: TAP), the FinTech company bridging the gap
between traditional finance and blockchain technology, provides the
following correction to the Company’s announcement dated
2 October 2023, entitled “Agreement
to Launch in the United States”.
In that
announcement Tap Group was described as a regulated cryptocurrency
app whereas it is in fact the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary,
Tap Global Limited, that is the licensed and regulated entity under
the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.
The
directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of
this announcement.
